Terms and Conditions – World Fairtrade Day  “Fairtrade Workplace” Competition

1.       By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

2.       Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.

3.       No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries.

4.       Only one entry per person but various entries from different staff members of the same business will be included. 

5.       By entering our competition winners agree to their names being published at our discretion for publicity purposes. This is likely to be via social media or our blog but is at our discretion.

6.       The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7.       The prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of our competition partners All Good Organics and Fine & Dandy who are supplying the prizes.

8.       The main prize consists of a two week pack of Fairtrade products to be enjoyed in your workplace. This pack will include Fine & Dandy tea, Kōkako Organic Drinking Chocolate and coffee as well as All Good Organic Bananas. 

9.       Postage of prize to your nominated workplace will be arranged once the competition has been drawn.

10.   Prize will be drawn 14th May 2019 at the Kōkako Roastery — 9 Charles St, Mt Eden. 

11.   Only entries received via this website by midnight 11th May 2019 will be accepted and eligible to win the selected prizes.

12.   Winners will be notified via email.

13.   If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, at the discretion of Kōkako that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.

14.   Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of Kōkako Organic Coffee, All Good Organics and Fine & Dandy are not eligible to enter the competition.

15.   The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.   Under the Privacy Act 1993 and as per the terms on the Kōkako website (www.kokako.co.nz), all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Kōkako in writing via email: beancounter@kokako.co.nz or via post to PO Box 8681, Symonds Street, Auckland, 1150.
